We are trying for the first time online registration for the Conditioning Camp and Central Plains AAA Midget (97,98,99) & Bantam (2000, 2001) Regional Team Tryouts (Male/Female).

We hope you will grant us some patience as we work through this process together. You will complete the online registration form with the information required and you will receive a confirmation email upon completion. Please remember to check your Spam or Junk folders to ensure your email did not go there. If you do not get this confirmation email then please send an email to cpcapitals@gmail.com and I will check to see what if anything has happened.
Information regarding Camp and Tryouts is included throughout the online process and will also be posted on each teams website or the Regional Information tab on the Home page of the website.
I also ask Managers from last years PeeWee, Bantam and Midget teams to please forward this to all your hockey contacts for bantam and midget aged players. You may receive this more then once but we want to make sure the word gets out to please register online. You may receive this and your hockey player is not the right age yet, please disregard or forward to someone you know who is.
Deadline is Aug 9 and payment due by Aug 15th. NO REFUNDS!
