Any PMHA members who have submitted cheques for volunteer shifts and have chosen NOT to complete their shifts your cheques will be cashed.


Any PMHA members who have submitted cheques for volunteer shifts and have chosen NOT to complete their shifts your cheques will be cashed.
 If PMHA was provided with stale dated cheques or did not receive cheques or any other form of payment for volunteer shifts and the volunteer shifts were not completed, those members will be required to provide payment in full at registration for the 2014/2015 season - sorry, but no exceptions. Any cheques that are returned to PMHA due to NSF (non sufficient funds) will also be required to provide payment in addition to any NSF bank charges in full at registration for the 2014/2015 season - sorry, but no exceptions.
